Our refund process is simple and quickly, all for your satisfication. No restocking fee, we will refund 100% of the price of the product. The risk is ours --- not yours!
1. Return Process
When you decide to return the product within 7 days of receipt，just mail us at order@getsparkling.com. NO HASSLES, NO QUESTIONS, NO REASONS needed. We'll refund you within 3 workdays after we receive the returned product.
Furthermore, we'll pay the freight of returning product in the following cases:
1.) The crystal or accessories have the defect that cannot be caused by using.
2.) The style, size or any other attribute specified by customer was mismatching.
2. No Refund Cases
Promotional Sale or Clearance product
Please note that there will be no refund/exchange/return for products ordered from our "Sale" and "Clearance" categories. These items are available at highly slashed prices and are limited to the color and size in the stock, and hence it is not feasible for us to give refund/exchange/return in this category.
Returned Product damaged with careless packaging by customer
Crystal is fragile. Therefore, if you decide to replace your goods, please be sure to pack it carefully. Crystals should be separated from each other in case of being smashing into pieces. Please understand that we will not accept the product returned with the damages which are found caudsed by careless packaging.
